Cancellations
- If
you cannot undertake an assignment please inform Southside
Personnel.
- Southside
Personnel would advise its temps to inform the office
of their weekly availability.
- If
a Company cancels your assignment at short notice, we
will call you immediately and make every effort to find
you a new assignment - please ensure that you are contactable
at all times.
- If
you are placed on an assignment with Southside Personnel
it is important to you inform us immediately of anything
that causes you a problem in attending for work.

Payment
Procedures
We
will need you most recent P45, Bank Details and PPS Number.
- The
Name of your Bank

Sort Code
Account
Number and the Name of the account if different from you
own.
Timesheets
- Please
ensure that your timesheets are written clearly in Capital
Letters in black ink with all sections completed including
date, breaks taken etc, and all hours totalled.
- It
is your responsibility to ensure timesheet's are signed
by the relevant supervisor in your company and have the
company name, address and week ending date. We cannot
process unsigned or incomplete timesheets. Always ensure
that you use a separate timesheet for each new assignment.
- Southside
Personnel’s system of payment is to transfer your
salary to your bank account each Friday a week in arrears
provided timesheets are submitted to us by 11:00 on the
previous Friday.
- Timesheets

P45
/ Tax
- All
new candidates must provide Southside Personnel with their
original and most recent P45 on commencement of your assignment.
Failure to do so will result in Emergency tax deductions
by Revenue.
- If
you do not have a current P45, you must request a Tax
Free Allowance Certificate from the Tax office based at
85/93 Lower Mount St. Tel no 01 1890 333425. This will usually
take 2-3 weeks to issue. Southside Personnel Company Registered
number is 4804292I. You will also need to quote your PPS
(Personal Public Service) or National Insurance No.
Holiday
and Bank Holiday Pay
- Your
holiday entitlement is 8% of basic hours worked.
- You
are entitled to Bank Holiday pay provided you have worked
40 hours during the 5 weeks ending on the day before that
public holiday.
- For
holiday pay, please notify Jenny at Southside Personnel
on Friday morning of any holiday pay required and indicate
this on your timesheet.
Sick
Leave
Sick
leave is unpaid. You must contact Jenny at Southside Personnel
on the first morning of your absence before 9 am and we
will advise you from there. Please do not contact the client
directly as we will need to establish if a replacement is
required.
Southside
Personnel always aims to accommodate your specific requirements
regarding preferred location, hours, type of position etc.
While we cannot guarantee that we can always provide you
with work that meets all of specified criteria we will work
closely with you to identify the very best assignments for
your skills and needs.
